This is definitely one of my favourite dishes. I wanted to share the recipe below.

Ingredients
50g Fresh Coriander
4 Chicken Thighs
3 limes
1lemon
Olive Oil
Directions
Slice 2 the lemons and limes into small ovals
Pour the olive oil into the pan and put on low heat
Fold sliced lemon and limes into the centre of the chicken thigh and place in pan. Repeat this step for the next thighs.
Turn the heat on the hob from low to medium heat.
When the chicken has been frying for 10 minutes, add the sugar and squeeze over the remaining lime
Turn the chicken so the other side can cook
Fry for another 10 mins
